A Very Nice Pair of French Louis XV Style Carved Fruitwood Bergere Arm Chairs, 1950’s Most likely made in France, circa 1940’s to 1950’s Fruitwood carved frames, pierce carved backs, with upholstered seats. We feel the upholstery is original to the chairs, evidence suggests that it has never been changed. Could be replaced or used as-is. Very clean chairs and comfortable too! Size: 25 1/2” wide, 22” deep, 36” tall, 17” seat height. Condition: excellent overall condition. Upholstery is clean, albeit a bit dated, probably should be replaced. Minor use and wear marks consistent with age and use.
