A very beautiful early Chinese rice gathering vessel which is made of wood with a beautiful patina and Chinese characters on all sides. The edges display a mastery of craftsmanship with the joined seams, iron braces and a wax seal on the bottom of the vessel. In very good condition. Measures 9.5 inches tall x 12.74 inches x 12.75 inches.
