Napoleon III-style coffee table/writing desk in polychrome woods with gilded bronze accents, dating from the second half of the 19th century. The rectangular tabletop is enhanced by two extensions that increase the work surface and are embellished with inlays depicting amphorae with flowers. The base features a large drawer highlighted by a gilded bronze keyhole. The four fluted truncated-conical legs are joined by a mixed-line crosspiece with a bronze and wood amphora at its center.
