Circa 1950 mahogany chest of drawers from England. The case is veneered in plum pudding mahogany, which gives this chest a stunning profile from any angle in a room. The top is banded in mahogany and satinwood, and has a beveled edge. The sides are lovely and simple, and the front of the case has three small drawers over three larger drawers, all with beaded drawer fronts, which are also banded in mahogany and satinwood. The case is supported on a scalloped base with bracket feet. It is a gorgeous piece with so much design detail for any small space.
