The Porzellanfabrik Unterweißbach was founded in the German region Thuringia in 1882 by Herman Jost. Initially they produced tableware but soon started to make fine figurines. This beautiful petite porcelain figurine pair shows exquisite details including facial expressions and layers of ruffled porcelain net with diminutive floral accents. Based on the maker's mark, the pair were manufactured in the mid-1900s.
