Cord Pendant

The Cord Pendant from Ravenhill Studio is an expressive exploration of balance and structure, combining thoughtful engineering with refined materials. Inspired by Jean Prouvé’s Potence Lamp, the fixture features three lamps arranged in a triangular formation. Its hand-cast ceramic sockets are made in Los Angeles and joined by slender metal rods that extend from a central hub. Cloth-covered power cords thread through each socket’s upper opening, generating structural tension that keeps the fixture stable without excess weight, resulting in a visually airy and structurally strong design.
