One of three very rare and exceptional patinated brass pendants by Rupert Nikoll, Vienna, Austria, manufactured in midcentury, circa 1960 (late 1950s or early 1960s). They are made of a seamless brass belt with holes of varying sizes. The hot and molten glass was handblown through the belt. The brass got a unique and wonderful patina because of the high temperature of the melted glass during the manufacturing process. Therefore each light is a one-of-a-kind piece. The lights can be customized as pendant light or as flush mount. A chain or a stem in any length can be provided as well as a flush mounting fixture. The diameter of body is 10.5" (27 cm) and the height without chain is 5.1" (13 cm).The price is per lamp. They are sold individually, as pair or as set of three lamps. Shipping cost depends on number of ordered items.
