Circa 1860-80 Anglo-French lobed oval brass planter. Retains the original (somewhat bent from use) liner. The repousse designs are superbly executed flowers & vines. Raised on dramatic paw feet with lion mask rung handles. 15" w., 9 5/8" d., 7 1/8" h.
