Superb napoleon iii embossed brass planter with a rare empress pattern. a very rare piece,beautifully orned with its relief empress decor and mythological characters on the handles. the top of the body of the jardiniere has a fine pattern of scales. date: 19th century dimensions: h - 19 cm/ 7.4 in w - 20.5 cm/ 7.8 in l - 39 cm/ 15.3 in condition: good antique condition, traces of restoration on the bottom, scuffs and dents caused by time.
