A fabulous antique Qashqai rug, handwoven by the eponymous nomadic tribe circa 1900 with a 3 medallion design on a navy blue field and great secondary colours. Note the small figures throughout the field (see photos). Size: 2.54m x 1.41m (8ft 4in x 4ft 8in) This rug is in good condition with moderate even wear, slightly heavier in places. A few small repairs to border (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
