19th century oak joint stool from England. The top has nice graining and is fastened with hand cut nails. It has a beveled edge which follows down to a hand carved decorated apron on all four sides, for easy placement in a room. The stool is supported on gorgeous hand turned and splayed legs, joined by simple stretchers with great wear patterns. This can be used as additional seating or as a small side table in any room of the home or office.
