1650s antique etching of the Holy Family, after a series of drawings entitled "Flight into Egypt" by Dutch artist Herman van Swanevelt (c.1603-1655). The etching is printed in a mirror image or reverse of the original drawing. The etching is on an older mount, complete with inventory numbers and collectors stamps under the image and on the lower left. The back is inscribed with the title, artist and a notation about the reverse printing of the image. The mount has a partial watermark reading "IMP."
