They will pull the plates when they are having an exhibition and print a limited number of copies to sell to the public. This etching shows the embossed Louvre mark at the bottom. This is a late 19th century etching of a 17th century painting. Plate marks 31" x 21.5". The frame measures 43" x 34". Very nice antique condition. The frame is lightly distressed.
