Printed in Paris France in the Mid Century in an unnumbered limited edition by Les Fils De Victor Michel. The Kodak Ektachrome image features a beautiful view of " La Cite Medievale De Domme " in Perigord France. Perigord is a natural region and former province of France with Roman ruins which have been restored and the whole area is known as the " Cradle of Mankind " due to its wealth of prehistoric sites. Perigord is noted for its cuisine, and known as a famous center for truffles and wine in France. The vintage framed French Country travel poster measures 16" W X 23 3/4" H X 3/4" D. It is period custom framed with plexiglass in a classic Modern brushed brass satin finish Nielsen metal frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation. It is in excellent vintage condition consistent with age and light signs of handling. There is a repaired crease in the lower bottom right side area. Please see photos for condition reference.
